TheSeniorList Home Care Tool
Project Description
Beyond assisted living and nursing homes, there are a variety of long-term care options for older adults. About 70% of older adults will need some form of long-term care in their lifetime; however, no two people require the same exact approach. Depending on one’s health and personal preferences, there are a variety of ways to administer the necessary support.
In this project, we'll help create a tool for loved ones find the best type of elder care by answering a set of questions

User Persona

How Might We's
By identifying the pain points and challenges faced by my persona, I aimed to create a user-centered solution for my home care tool. Transforming these obstacles into opportunities through “How might we…” statements allowed me to explore some ideas that could impact the design process.
-
How might we establish credibility for this tool?
-
How might we help educate caretakers and family members of their options?
-
How might we comfort the user while the elder is in his stage of life?
-
How might we offer next steps after the tool shows the results?
